No, your ears are not deceiving you. This is, I believe, a German song about the Hound of the Baskerville’s done to the tune of Black Sabbath’s ‘Paranoid’. And sung and danced with typical Teutonic joyfulness.

    I must say it sounds better than the original. Singing it in German gives it a alluring mysteriousness that can be seen in such songs as 99 LUFTBALLONS.

  3. Quite so, the mystical song of the Teutonic Siren (not to be confused with the Air Raid Siren of yore) has lured many a young man to his doom. I, for one, have heeded the call and don’t regret it for a second. I shall continue my mining of the archive to see what other delights await our ears!
